Just imagine the fë@ar, the struggle, the helplessness… all alone in that situation. This is not just a tr@gedy, it’s a serious wake-up call!

How can a fully functional hotel not have an emergency response system in place?

Where were the safety checks? Where was the rescue team all those hours? 

This could happen to anyone — you, me, our loved ones…

At this point, we need to start asking hard questions:

Are hotels in Nigeria truly safe?

When last was the elevator in that building serviced?

 Who should be held responsible for this kind of negligences
